- Designed customer data architecture spanning single customer view, warehousing, marketing, archiving and data transfer.
- Supported migration and cleansing from an incumbent platform, with ingestion and extract processes across multiple providers.
- Continued engineering for the Greater Anglia CDP through Altcom, including T-SQL, segmentation, customer preferences and operational analysis.
- Extended the integration approach to sources including Rail Plus and train Wi-Fi, with coordinated Dotdigital exports.
